A Snapshot of Your Day
In collaboration with the direct responsible you have to assure the accurate tender and offer process of turn-key EPC contracts relating to HV Substations (AIS & GIS), FACTS and Offshore in order to meet customer expectations in term of quality and reliability, in line with Siemens Energy profitability.

Our engineering and proposal team consists of 20 people and you will find a cohesive team based on independence and individual responsibility.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Handle, in accordance with the agreed baseline, the requested tasks to win new opportunities and tenders assigned
- Coordinating with Sales department to support Offer leading
- Lead and coordinate Offer Team resources for achieving goals
- Evaluation of tender documentation and requests of the Client
- Lead clarifications and suggestions to the Client for optimizing offer
- Prepare of material quantities and technical specifications for RfQ
- Technical evaluation of supplier’s offers
- Leading meetings with suppliers and customers along Tender process
- Internal and external tender coordination, with Siemens Energy factories worldwide,
- Prepare time schedule and verify them with PM and supplier delivery scheme, for execution and Commissioning
- Involve and run, according to their responsibility, all resources being part of the Offer,
- Handle the economic and technical documentation of the project, coordinating with Commercial and Legal Colleagues
- Enable, if necessary, the level of customer concern appropriate to solve critical aspects,
- Interface all the businesses involved in the project.
- Lead the Engineering team for internal support during Offer when requested
What About You
- Previous Technical background experience
- Proven experience (at least 10 years) in the Proposal process and Tenders withhigh technical content in the electromechanical field on high-voltage systems.
- Experience of Italian Public Tenders
- Degree in electrical engineering/ Mechanics, or technical high schooldiploma
- Use of specific tools programs (I-Two, Project AutoCAD - Electricalsimulation study)
- Available for business trips National and International for short periodof time (2-3 weeks)
- Good knowledge of English and Italian
- Strong focus on achieving goals, initiative, autonomy and willingness towork in team.
