Who we are looking for

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic intern to be part of our Unbranded Lead Generation team in our headquarters in Milan.

The internship program offers you the possibility to gain digital marketing competencies and build your project management skills, supporting the management and coordination of Unbranded Lead Generation activities worldwide in 10+ countries. You will be able to grow and become autonomous, working together with an incredible and multidisciplinary team of talents.

What is Unbranded Lead Generation? Lead generation is the process of identifying and attracting potential customers or clients for a business's products or services. Usually this is carried on by the brand, but sometimes companies have the need to generate leads outside of the normal brand communication guidelines.

You will be actively involved in the following activities:

  • Assist our team in the definition of an integrated and multi-channel digital marketing strategy
  • Support in the analysis and management of paid media channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok and competitor intelligence
  • Have an active role in the creation and analysis of communication assets (visual and copy), taking part in the art direction
  • Creation of relevant customer personas by analyzing digital marketing results
  • Facilitate project workflows and project execution
  • Management of project workshops and events

What you'll need

  • Have a background in Economics, Marketing or similar
  • Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
  • Good knowledge of Analytics, Social Media and Paid Media
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Goal-oriented and able to handle complexity and multi-task projects
  • Curious, enthusiastic and willing to learn
