Working in the Motion Drive Products team, you will be working with internal teams to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction. In this role, you will perform various Product Management activities to assist in the development, launch, maintenance, and profitability of Low Voltage AC Drives in Italy.

Marketing & Sales Manager

Your responsibilities

• Helping to resolve customers’ issues, which may involve visiting customer sites together sales and technical application colleagues.
• Identifying new products development or enhancements, and creating innovative solutions to meet customers’ needs.
• Delivering training in new products to internal teams and customers.
• Preparing price lists and quotes for review and approval.
• Preparing reports on market, product and competitor activities for the sales and marketing team.
• Working with others to define marketing plans and tools, while promoting sales activities.

Your background

• Degree in Engineering or technical diploma (electrical-electromechanical field is preferable).
• 5 years of experience working in Automation Industry. Demonstrated experience of marketing and sales strategy.
• Knowledge of Electric Motors and Drives market/Automation market.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
