Position

The Graphic Designer, directly reporting to the Head of Content provides support in the processes of coordination and organization of workflows. She /he is responsible of ideating, developing and executing graphic content related to advertising campaign, events and communication projects, always guaranteeing the respect of the Company communication strategy and the Brand DNA.

Responsibilities:

Organizing the Graphic department with its flow through all the process with all other departments;

Creating a flow for main campaign materials delivery to Havas (for magazine prints), to regions for lightboxes, billboards and media;

Being the center of all graphic requests coming from all departments, making sure all is aligned with brand esthetics;

Developing layouts for all newsletter and invitation;

Ensuring all design and technical development needs are accurately executed to meet the specified deadline and production requirements, including the execution of technical layouts;

Create a flow with Brand Image studio so that windows/lightboxes and content are always aligned.

Profile

• At least 5 years of experience in the similar role within Fashion & Luxury industries or Graphic agencies;
• Excellent communication skills, with a team focused personality;
• Previous experience in the Luxury and Retail industry is highly desirable;
• Detail orientated, patient and flexible
• Excellent use of MS Office package (Excel / PowerPoint, Word)
