For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a young talented person to join our Global Indirect Procurement team leveraging, at the Global and Local levels, our Group scale as an aggregated spender and a key player. Does the opportunity sound interesting to you? We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.You'll be in charge of:

• Supporting the design and execution of global or local sourcing strategies;
• Collaborating directly with the Indirect Procurement Director to develop the global Procurement team toolkit;
• Designing and delivering complex data/commercial analysis supporting post M&As cost synergies programs;
• Focusing externally on analyzing external trends, benchmarks, and market disruptions;
• Playing an active role in the team and supports pro-actively different projects.

You are the right person if you:

• Have a background in Economics, Marketing, Management Engineering or similar;
• Are able to speak English fluently and willingness to work with a global multicultural team;
• Are able to handle multiple projects at a time;
• Have energy, flexibility and eagerness to learn and be challenged;
• Have vulnerability in making mistakes, speed in turning them into learnings;
• Are able to work with Excell and Office tools.
