Job Summary:

You will work closely with our senior staff to gain autonomy in managing our learning community. This hybrid position involves community management, internal marketing & communication, and learning & development.

As an intern, you will be provided with training and support to develop their skills and knowledge in the field of learning community management. Previous experience is not required, but a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are essential.

Activities:

  • Collaborate with the team in defining the purpose and goals of the learning community, ensuring alignment with its members' needs.
  • Create a community facilitation plan and utilize appropriate tools to manage the learning community, including the definition the first interactions within the community to foster engagement.
  • Nurture engagement on learning community by encouraging user-generated content and interactions.
  • Develop and implement tools, such as newsletters, to drive learners to content.
  • Assist trainers and participants during webinars or remote sessions as needed.
  • Monitor and respond to posts and comments in alignment with the organization's tone-of-voice and values.
  • Develop and facilitate social learning activities to support learning and engagement.
  • Analyze data and discover insights, follow the right KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of learning content and activities, understand the needs and expectations of learners, and improve community engagement and facilitation.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing and Communication, or HR and learning & development (preferably with a focus on marketing)
  • Excellent language skills (writing and speaking) in English (preferably native level)
  • Interest in the IT sector and willingness to learn about new technologies.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and other common business software

Desired Skills

  • Previous experience in marketing and communication (social media management for small businesses, interesting strategic marketing projects in university, active participations in communities, etc.)
