Execute on noscripterse strategic tasks for DEUNA, including new initiatives, stakeholder management, key cients, and Steering Committee. Be able to be stand-alone, while also working alongside the Chief of Staff.

Responsibility:

• Help lead Strategic Initiatives on an ad-hoc basis for the organization, together with the Chief of Staff (i.e., international expansion
• OKRs, new product development, M&A)
• Work closely with Founders on creating presentations for Investors, prospective clients, partnerships or other high-stakes stakeholders
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve ways of working / operating model within the Steering Committee (Area Heads & Founders) and develop & carry out implementation plans.
• Provide support in key strategic account management (as needed)

Requirments:

• 2-3 years working in Management Consulting, Startups or Financial Institutions.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across organization.
• Experience working with Investors or C-level Executives.
• Undergraduate Degree in Business or Political Sciences.
• Master's Degree in Business or Communications (preferred)
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portugues (preferred)
• Excel (advanced), PowerPoint (advanced), Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs)

Sofskills:

• Top-down communication - Ability to structure communication in a top-down manner and adjusting communication styles based on audience and message to be conveyed.
• Critical thinking - Creative approach to business problems, including leveraging internal and external stakeholders to gain holistic perspective in any initiative.
• Problem solver - Identifies risks preemtively, escalates issues in a timely manner, identifies mitigation strategies and involves all impacted stakeholders in implementation of resolution.
• Strong work ethic - Being willing to go the extra mile to deliver high quality performance
• Innovative thinking – Ability to lead innovative and/or transformative projects and strives for continuous improvement.

Peferred:

• Payments industry (preferred)
• Experience in/with startups (required unless consulting background)
