Quality EngineerQuality Engineer's main purpose is to ensure that the products manufactured within the different production areas in the company comply with the established quality requirements, as well as monitor raw materials, components, products, processes and / or dissatisfactions, generate records that allow us to validate compliance with that declared in the process or product specification.
Main Job Duties : Preparation of control documents.Preparation of Quality System documents.Verify compliance with the elements of the free passage of materials through performance evaluation.
Inspect materials through sampling at any stage of the process as applicable, to ensure the quality and functionality of the products.
Monitor the availability of materials.Prepare and coordinate corrective and preventive actions, for the elimination of the root cause of the problems related to the product and its process, as well as its follow-up.
Generate the corresponding performance indicator.Reduce the nonconforming product cost ratioManage the budget of expenses assigned to the areaCarry out audits of the corresponding processes, to identify risks and trigger follow-ups to correct failures.
Know and understand the integral policy (Quality and Environmental) and actively participate in the achievement of the objectives and goals.
Monitoring of the painting process and testing of the painted product, carrying out titration tests, mechanical tests, monitoring of the thermal profile and colorimetry tests.
QualificationsEducation : Bachelor's of engineer in Quality, Manufacturing or Industrial Processes.Experience : Minimum of 4 years' experience in quality engineering.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities : Advanced EnglishExperience in White Line companiesKnowledge of the ISO 9001 : 20015 standardAudit processesBasic knowledge of processes : injection, stamping, extrusion, etc.
Interpretation of plansStatistical control.Quality tools.Knowledge and use of measurement and test equipment.
