with the main purpose of revising Personnel's Health. The Doctor is responsible of the leading of Fisrt Aid Brigades and attend 800 employees in a site 24 / 7 with the Nurses. What You Will Do
Supports the generation of annual programs for your area based on information and statistics on accidents and diseases, as well as on the "enablers" defined for the area.
Perform audits of the occupational health and safety management system.
Manages and creates the necessary health and sanitary rules according to the needs and risks of the plant.
Programs, coordinates and performs new, periodic or specific medical examinations according to the POE (Occupationally Exposed Personnel) to guarantee the mitigation of risks in terms of health and industrial hygiene.
Provides consultation or emergency medical care to safeguard the physical and functional integrity of the injured or sick person, as well as their transfer to (specialized) hospital care.
Actively participates in the crisis committees to which he is assigned.
Fill out all IMSS forms and report accidents at the STPS.
Controls and monitors the incapacities of the staff to validate their ability to be able to join their work.
Make calls with the staff to belong to the First Aid and Evacuation brigade. In addition to leading the correct execution of activities and responsibilities of the brigade.
Ensures that the members of the first aid brigade have the required skills and tools.
Actively educates personnel in the identification of hazards, risk assessment, and pertinent operational controls for the prevention of occupational risk factors, accidents, or damage to health, due to their work activities.
Participates in internal audits of the occupational health and safety management system, as well as in external audits of the IMSS, STPS or any other agency that has to do with occupational health and industrial hygiene of employees or of a sanitary nature.
Keeps the occupational health indicators updated and informs the RESH Management and, where appropriate, the Directorate, the result obtained, in order to take corrective actions to improve the processes and the POE (Occupationally Exposed Personnel).
Plans and executes the training plan for the occupational health and industrial hygiene programs.
Manage the fulfillment of the activities assigned to the nurses.
Manage maintenance to maintain the optimal state of the Office conditions as well as the care equipment.
Ensures legal compliance stipulated by the agencies that apply to the plant in matters of Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene or sanitary such as STPS and SSA.
