We are looking for a MATERIAL PLANNING COORDINATOR to be part of our team.

The objective of the Material Planning Coordinator is to receive, process and enforce production requirements, minimizing logistical costs and optimizing inventory levels.

He / she coordinates the team of material planner in the plant and report directly to PC&L Plant Manager.

The main missions of this role are :

• To be the supplier contact.
• Feed the transportation program with the collections to the suppliers, according to the releases.
• Ensure compliance with the MPM's target (misdeliveries per million) to suppliers.
• Perform MRP according to UAP's demand, with inventory policies and leveling requirements to suppliers.
• Physical Inventory Coordination

You are going to need these qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in the Automotive industry, in a related position.
• Strong experience in material planning, direct material purchasing (Asia and Europe suppliers ), launch of new projects and logistics in an automotive sector.

Personnel management.

• With excellent communication, negotiation, leadership and problem solving skills.
