Reports to NPI Project Engineer, you as NPI engineer will be responsible to meet with the manufacturing tasks to achieve the new product launches on time.

Participate and interact with core team to solve any issue or make any improvement related with the product (cost reduction) or process (increase productivity).

About the job :

Attend meetings to review the project progress (Kick off, phase review, design review, sign off)

Meet with the deliverables of each project phase related with the process or manufacturing of the product.

Work with the Design Engineer to ensure the proper manufacturing product.

Participate in prototype build to review improvement opportunities related with the product manufacturing.

Work with the different plant departments (Production, Quality, Maintenance, Lean) to do the necessary activities for product manufacturing.

Work with the core team to develop Flow diagram, Pfmea and CP.

Analysis of Efficiency, Productivity, OEE, Downtime.

Identify cost reduction opportunities in the process.

Develop Work Instructions for the process.

Manufacturing Process validation.

Provide support to Production department with issues related with the product manufacturing.

Provide support to Quality department (Customer complaints, Capability Studies, Audits).

Coordinate and implement ECO / ERN ' s

Location : Muzquiz, Coahuila.

About you :

Minimum 1 year of experience as a manufacturing engineer or related to product development.

English 80%

Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques.

Basic knowledge of Six Sigma methodology (desirable)

Basic knowledge of core tools (PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA)

Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail

Excellent communication skills.
