We are looking for a QA Lead to join our team!

This position is based in São Paulo (hybrid)

Responsibilities

The QA Lead is responsible for defining the testing strategy and monitoring the plans for testing of the initiatives, as well as consolidating the execution reports of the different types of tests to communicate them in management sessions.

Delivery & Architecture

Define and monitor the QA Strategy considering the following topics :

  • Solution architecture for defining black box or white box test types
  • Define the types of tests to run such as Automated Functional, Non-functional (Volume, performance, stress) automated
  • Define the reporting and test automation tools
  • Consolidate and communicate the results of the tests of the different teams, such as :
  • Automated functional tests (APIs)
  • Automated non-functional tests (performance)
  • UAT tests
  • Pentests

Squad development

  • Guide in the creation of test cases and scenarios
  • Guide in Data Test Management (generation of test data)
  • Consolidate the execution reports to communicate in the project session

Frameworks y modeling languages

  • Knowledge in agile (not only scrum)
  • UML modeling language as sequence diagrams
  • Must TDD (Test Driven Development)
  • Must BDD (Behavior Driven Design)
  • Must ISTQB

Architectural styles and design patterns

  • Restful Knowledge
  • nice to have SOAP knowledge
  • nice to have gRPC knowledge

Observability :

It is desirable that you have concepts of Monitoring and Observability, you will only have to review some platforms to collect evidence of execution.

DevOps (Automation), you must have the basic concepts to be able to identify when Continuous Testing is integrated.

  • CI (conceptual knowledge)
