Requirements : Fluency in English with excellent communication skills. - Neutral American English- Eaking accent- At least one year of experience in the Solar / appointment setting industry or at least two + years of solid experience in cold calling and appointment setting in other US- Ased companies or industries.

• Capable of working full- Time and willing to work in the EST time zone. - Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Access to a reliable computer and internet connection. - Money motivated - Uncapped commission structure plus hourly base paid bi- Weekly- Willingness to work on a long- Term basis.

Responsibilities : - High- Speed wired Internet Connection. Must be able to hard wire via ethernet cord. - High- Quality USB or Bluetooth Headset- Quiet place to work from- High- Quality laptop or desktop computer (minimum i3 with 8 GB of RAM)Benefits : Our hourly pay rate is determined by your level of experience and the employment offer from the client.

We serve multiple solar companies, each with varying pay rates. The minimum hourly rate is $3. 50, while the highest is $12 per hour.

The details of the compensation will be disclosed during the final interview with the hiring manager. Commission of no less than $20 will be given for every appointment set.

The commission rate varies and is contingent upon the offer of the client. The complete details will also be disclosed during the final interview.
