The PAINTING PROCESS SPECIALIST job is to support the manufacturing engineering team of our Autunomous Production Unit and ensure the continuous improvement in all the painting processes.

The main missions of the PAINTING PROCESS SPECIALIST role are :

• Troubleshoot Robot Application issues and other critical imputes to the Painting Process. Efficiency loss analysis.
• Development of robotic application for launching new colors or new programs.
• Identify and solve quality problems and the application process in the painting process.
• Generation / update of core documents (Flow Diagram, AMEF Process).
• Review / Improvement of cycle times. Tack Time Analysis.
• Implementation of engineering changes in processes (ECR's, ECO's).

The ideal candidate will have / be :

• Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing processes in an automotive sector in painting processes.
• Advanced English language skills
• Bachelor's in industrial engineering or related.
• Experience in painting lines,
• Collaboration with others, proactivity, responsibility.
