• Job Description*As Quality Gate moderator you will support the project team to ensure that we deliver high quality products that meet the needs of our customers by performing the following tasks : * Evaluate the project fulfillment of automotive quality standards and Bosch internal directives of all new development projects from kick-off to series production release within the automotive sector of Robert Bosch (Evaluation is done during "Quality Gates" meetings)* Ensure the uniform evaluation of project status and maturity based on central directives from an independent point of view.
• Support Project team in defining corrective actions and support their evaluation with the team to analyze if the measures have been successfully implemented and effective.
• Coach Project Managers and cross-functional team with work packages content and standards according to Bosch product development process* Report projects status to Divisional Quality Vice President and Business Units Management.
• Follow and reporting of open actions, KPIs & KPRs*Qualifications The candidate should possess a solid understanding of the automotive industry and the associated quality standards.

3-5 years experience is desired)* Knowledge of Robert Bosch internal processes is a plus.* Effective communication with stakeholders across different hierarchical levels is essential.

English and Spanish)* Strong moderation skills are necessary for leading and facilitating evaluation meetings, workshops and training sessions related to Quality Gates process.

• Project management skills in the automotive environment is desired.* Advanced English is a must (C1-B2)* Software Development background / understanding would be an asset.
