Purpose of the job :

We are looking for a Tech Finance Analyst to be part of this amazing fast growing fintech. The Tech Finance analyst will be responsible for ensuring the financial activity of Product & Technology directions is healthy.

This candidate must have strong written and verbal communications skills in both English and Spanish and be willing to continue learning about the company.

What will I do?

• Follow up on vendors about invoice delivery, payments, or any financial issue with procurement.
• Issue purchase orders, requisitions, etc in the ERP.
• Deliver status to stakeholders of each direction.
• End to end follow up on financial requests with vendors and Clip.
• Guarantee PO approval on time.
• Manage the budget of Product & Technology.

Technical knowledge :

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting.
• 2+ years finance / procurement.
• Netsuite ERP Procurement Module.
• Financial tracking for the IT department.
• Financial jargon.
• Finance procurement knowledge.
