We're seeking a stellar Business Support Executive to partner with our Sales team to achieve high levels of internal client satisfaction.
You'll provide first-class administrative assistance to a high-performing team and will elevate the Team's efficiency in sales opportunities and revenue growth by taking ownership of the administrative and operational requirements of the business development team.
You'll be a strong communicator, with outstanding skills in Powerpoint and Excel, your attention to detail is high, errors on documents never see the light of day. You're comfortable working in a regional role, supporting colleagues in other SEA countries, ideally, you have an additional language skill (Mandarin, Malay, or Vietnamese would be highly desirable)
Key Responsibilities
Develop strong and effective working relationships with the business development team. Ensure timely and accurate production of all documentation for tenders, contracts, and any other activity as needed. Accurately transfer appropriate client information and feedback to the Account Manager Team, enabling them to successfully onboard new clients. Actively participate in all internal training, new product briefing, and testing if and when needed. Implement specific initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency of the existing sales processes. Establish and maintains strong client relationships, Effectively manage prioritization of competing client needs and mobilizing Isentia resources/talent to best react to client issues/feedback and approach from competitors Gain a good working knowledge of the clients’ businesses. Assist in client retention activities; help conduct regular account setting reviews, analyze all interactions logged to ensure consistent service delivery.
Your Skills and Experience Analytical thinker who is comfortable with numbers and accurate reporting. Experience in handling sales and marketing functions /customer service is an added advantage. Proven experience in coordinating activities and contributing to the achievement of strategic objectives Exceptional office technology skills including GSuite, Excel and PowerPoint.
