Responsibilities:
- Develop, coordinate and implement strategic business plan that focus on new business development and which are aligned with the intended/forecasted business results.
- Issue Quotation to clients.
- Conducting market research for new clients.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with new clients or existing clients in person and via telephone calls and email.
- Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including clients, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations.
- Gaining a clear understanding of clients’ businesses and requirements.
- Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials.
- Maintaining and updating client database.
- Submit weekly sales report to superior in every two (2) weeks.
- Respond any complaints or enquiries promptly.
- Preparing and delivering marketing plans within key objectives.
- Conducting and developing marketing plan and strategies.
*** Performs a variety of marginal duties not listed, to be determined and assigned as and when needed.
Academic Requirement:
Degree/Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management , Marketing or equivalent
Experience/ Skill:
- Minimum one (1) year of working experience in business development, sales and marketing.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and fluent in a Chinese dialect, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proactive, persistent and sales-oriented to achieve targets.
- Aggressive, driven, disciplined and self-motivated.
- Hardworking, positive-minded and highly committed to work.
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with superior and other teams.
- Willing to learn and work hard to achieve the company’s objectives.
- Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
