Responsibilities:

  • Develop, coordinate and implement strategic business plan that focus on new business development and which are aligned with the intended/forecasted business results.
  • Issue Quotation to clients.
  • Conducting market research for new clients.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with new clients or existing clients in person and via telephone calls and email.
  • Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including clients, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations.
  • Gaining a clear understanding of clients’ businesses and requirements.
  • Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials.
  • Maintaining and updating client database.
  • Submit weekly sales report to superior in every two (2) weeks.
  • Respond any complaints or enquiries promptly.
  • Preparing and delivering marketing plans within key objectives.
  • Conducting and developing marketing plan and strategies.

*** Performs a variety of marginal duties not listed, to be determined and assigned as and when needed.

Academic Requirement:

Degree/Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management , Marketing or equivalent

Experience/ Skill:

  • Minimum one (1) year of working experience in business development, sales and marketing.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and fluent in a Chinese dialect, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proactive, persistent and sales-oriented to achieve targets.
  • Aggressive, driven, disciplined and self-motivated.
  • Hardworking, positive-minded and highly committed to work.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with superior and other teams.
  • Willing to learn and work hard to achieve the company’s objectives.
  • Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
