Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support

• Responsible for opening and closing activities
• Organize and coordinate and centre staffs’ schedules, attendance and leave management
• Receive payment and prepare report for daily sales closing
• Supervise centre staff and ensure every team adhere to SOP
• Evaluating customer satisfaction after service
• Check stock level and manage stock accordingly
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
• Meet all sales quotas and goals
• Responsible to ensure cleanliness of centre well-kept, towel setup in good condition and stock arrangements was in place
• Other additional task as per instructed by management
