You will be exploring different aspects of being a food technologist (specific departments to be allocated based on candidate's personal interests and strengths), ranging from:
1. Quality Assurance & Quality Control
2. You will be involved in the management, implementation and improvement of food safety and quality standards.
3. You will be reviewing and updating the Group’s quality system policies, manuals, SOPs and work instructions.
4. You will conduct internal quality audits on an interval basis.
5. You will liaise with external quality auditors, certification bodies & government regulators.
6. You will be managing non-conformance reports , investigating root causes, recommending, and implementing corrective or/and preventive actions within set time frames.
7. You will conduct daily product QC analysis, prepare relevant reports, and be responsible for the release of finished products.
8. You will be acting as a quality document controller.
9. You will be involved in the improvement of existing products and development of new products.
10. You will comprehensively carry out all product development aspects, such as food ingredients & end-product application, sampling activities, management of application laboratory, sourcing and negotiating with suppliers, costing management, and introducing new product development initiatives.
11. Prefer to able speak mandarin.
