Strategy
- Strategically align customers’ development with corporate priorities
- Build strategy around driving the e-com retailers that incorporate the company's objectives
- Develop a complete sales plan aligned with business objectives for growth and profitability
- Build long term partnership with customers to capture new business opportunities
- Leadership of cross-functional team
Negotiation
- Negotiate annual sales agreements with customers
- Create and implement JVC plans with customers
- Develop and manage day-to-day business relationship with key online customers to ensure strategic alignment and continuously improve customer satisfaction
Process
- Develop a robust pipeline of promotional opportunities that are aligned with business objectives and customers strategies
- Coordinate with TM and D&T team of the design and appropriate content
- Create an implement a promo plan
- Accountable to ensure sales targets
- Accountable for contract investments s and promotional budget management
- Oversee product setup, logistics and inventory replenishment
- Other projects/initiatives as assigned
Analytics
- Analysis of market development
- Collect and interpret data from various sources of information
- Adapting global framework and best practises to the local market
- Understand shopper insights and behaviour to drive new business opportunities online
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree
- Excellent communication skills in English (Mandarin - will be an added advantage)
- Key Account Sales experience, with a proven track record of success and exposure and negotiation experience, presentation and effective budget management; working with e-com customers; digital knowledge; practical experience in a similar position is a plus strong expertise across national retailers and e-com platforms; well-developed understanding of data analysis as well as website metrics
- Exemplary Team work skills with various persons and personalities; strategic thinking; problem-solving skills; analytical skills with strong knowledge in interpreting results and drawing conclusions; entrepreneurship.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects; strong expertise across national retailers and e-com platforms; well-developed understanding of data analysis as well as website metrics
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
