Job Description: · Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies · Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations · Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization · Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures · Manage stock control and reconcile with inventory system · Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals · Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics · Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity and quality · Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations · Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime · Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed Requirements: · Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a relevant field with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry · Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English · Can work under cold and wet environment · Willing to work shift · · Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) · Leadership skills and ability manage staff · Strong decision making and problem solving skills · Troubleshooting skills · Excellent communication skills · Experience in managing a team · Proficient in MS Office · Able to multi task and take on additional job scope as need arise Company Benefits & Welfare: • Various kind of Leaves (Annual, Sick, Marriage, Maternity, Paternity, etc) • Token or donation for employee-related events • Medical Welfare (up to RM10,000 per annum) • Family Medical Benefits • Dental Benefits • Medical Examination Benefits • Personal Accident Insurance • Outstation Claims & Allowance (Local & Overseas) • Disaster Assistance • Annual Bonus & Annual Salary Increment
