Group Risk Management Department
- Recordkeeping of incoming applications from various Business Units.
- Manage and maintain files submission and ensure information is current at all
times. - Support credit staff on the requisition of clients' file and other administrative
duties. - Prepare and maintain monthly statistics of applications received.
- Assist and coordinate the submission of monthly claims of staff within the
department. - Handle and liaise with Marketing Support on stationery requests of the
department.
Group Accounts Department
- Checking invoices and ledgers for approval
- Preparing and arranging payment
- Running cheque distribution listing and handing over payment to related
departments - Monthly bank reconciliation
- Filling for documents
Marketing Support Department
- Providing administrative support to the Marketing Team
- Scanning of documents
- Managing & disbursement of stationeries
Group Credit Control Department
- Monitor and follow up closely on overdue accounts
- Calculate daily collection figures
- Monitor overdue interest collection and assist in collection for
problematic accounts - Handle all aspects of termination matters
Group Documentation & Operations Department
- Generation of security docs and letter for Leasing, Hire Purchase, Factoring and Confirming
- Key-in vehicles details and equipment serial number in AAF System
- Monitoring of stationery for the department
- Guide and assist branch DOD on generation of security docs and letter if require
Requirements for the roles above:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of related
working experience for SPM holders. - Computer literate
