Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Understand various business priorities and develop reporting, insights & solution in achieving goal.
• Partnering with stakeholders to drive operational metrics and implement solutions
• Collecting & consolidating data to generate insights
• Regular reports & presentation for performance reviews towards operation team in Global Fraud Organization.
• Provide real-time support to operations by performing production tasks when necessary.
• Manage and facilitate business audits while addressing regulatory compliance review and reporting concerns

Essential Competencies:

• Experience in developing Tableau workbook
• Experience writing SQL queries and extracting data from databases
• Excellent skills in using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong Analytical and creative thinking skills.
• Demonstrated independency & ability in stakeholder management and problem solving discussions
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks in given timeline
• Demonstrated competence in collecting & analyzing data and developing appropriate conclusions and recommendations.
