You will be responsible for enriching our websites and apps with engaging content and actionable copy for our international client base. As a Content Writer, you will write, edit, and proofread business and employer branding content for all our social media channels and digital partnerships. A knack for understanding complex concepts and presenting them simply and clearly is an important aspect of the role.

Your writing will create a positive experience and engage the audience across different cultures, improve the usability of our websites and apps, and promote brand awareness.

Your challenges

• 
  Produce impactful copy in all formats, including articles, UI/UX copy, emails, and press releases.

• 
  Write employer branding copy such as blog posts, brochures, social media posts, and more as well as job descriptions to meet the recruitment goals.

• 
  Participate in content strategy and brainstorming sessions with the Design, Usability, Front-end, Back-end, and Digital Marketing teams.

• 
  Collaborate with subject matter experts to learn about our products and services, and create a positive user experience for our global client base.

• 
  Work with the executive leadership team to develop editorial content and annual reports.

• 
  Edit and proofread content for clarity, accuracy, grammar, punctuation, voice, and tone.

• 
  Assure all-around consistency for textual styles, pictures, fonts and tones in the content.

Requirements

• A creative and strategic approach to creating content that provides a positive user experience

• 
  Proven ability to translate complex, technical information into clear, attractive content

• 
  Expert command in writing digital content

• 
  Remarkable editing skills with keen attention to punctuation, spelling, grammar, and syntax

• 
  Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

What’s good to have

• 
  A university degree or practical experience in English language and literature, marketing, journalism, technical writing, or a related field

• 
  Experience with UX and information architecture

• 
  Experience with financial products and services

• 
  Basic understanding of SEO and how it drives digital content
