What will you do?

  • Responsible for timely and accurate end to end processing of Securities & Derivatives Settlement according to defined SLAs. Products covered: Equity, Fixed Income, Exchange Traded Funds, Structured Notes, Equity Derivatives
  • Ensure that all transactions and fundings are processed in accordance to bank rule, circulars, procedures and local requirements
  • Manage requests and queries within stipulated timeframe
  • Manage task segregation amongst team members
  • Demonstrate clear understanding and adherence to WM escalation protocol.
  • Review process flows and initiate process improvements via change requests, defects
  • Provide relief support and other duties assigned and cross train on all functions performed with the team and across department

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Degree in Business, Finance or related discipline preferred
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Minimum a year of working experiences within a Securities team/department
  • Good working knowledge of global practices in relation to trade life cycle
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details

Nice-to-have

  • Familiarity with Avaloq system, Omgeo CTM & Alert, Bloomberg
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Fast learner for new processing tasks assigned
  • Be able to work with minimal supervision
