Description
Primary Objective:

• To obtain all the required license and complete the training during the WMA Programme Period.
• To promote cross-selling/ upselling to increase revenue from customers (esp. in wealth business).

To acquire New-to-Premier customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• To obtain all the required license and complete the training during the WMA Programme Period.
• To participate in branch/region sales activities and campaigns to achieve deliverables.
• To execute sales plan to engage customers and promote Banking products (eg. wealth, banca, Credit Card & deposit).
• To engage and foster a good relationship with customers.
• To acquire New-to-Premier customers.
• To comply to Bank’s regulation, policy & procedure and sales code of ethic.

Requirements Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - • Degree holder with minimum CGPA of 2.80 (2nd class upper preferred)• Preferably graduates from Top Universities (Local/ Overseas).

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Passed the RHB Competency Assessment
• Keen to pursue a career in finance sector (Sales)
• Good verbal and written community skills

Good interpersonal and relationship building skill
