Roles and Responsibilities:
Drive revenue for our client by supporting scalable sales programs across a variety of direct clients and agencies.
Drive product adoption and educate clients and agencies in a scalable fashion.
Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic services and programs.
Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services.
Monitor the status of his/her Book of Business ( “BoB”). Communicate with advertisers in time when unusual spend fluctuation happens to defend revenue or discover new growth opportunity
Analyze performance of priority accounts (problematic or top-tier advertiser) and create optimization actions. Optimization goals include: 1) Account up-selling 2) General creative tips and best practices 3) Bidding/Budget/targeting recommendations
Able to identify high-value opportunities and low-hanging fruit
Communicate effectively with advertisers regarding ads review, finance, product etc. to achieve good customer experience
Answer advertiser questions; provide account setup guidance and simple optimization suggestions for high-potential advertisers through inbound and outbound calls, as well as reach out to advertisers with problems via phone to provide solutions
Daily management of target SMB customers advertising on Client’s platforms, provide account optimization advice to advertisers by phone and email to increase advertisement spend
Communicate budget increase with advertisers and encourage them to increase investment on advertising using Client’s platforms
Tier BoB and apply different approaches to manage advertisers of each tier to drive revenue
Collaborate with Client’s internal resources (POC/Data/self-service project manager/Ads platform/Ads delivery/Sales CRM platform) to support Client’s to develop product features/tools/delivery/account management strategy that empower SMB customers and enhance work efficiency of Client Solution Specialists by providing the advice
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or any other related area of study.
1-3 years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales, online advertising experience and/or strong outbound sales experience within large-scale BPO operations
Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist.
Passionate about social media digital marketing and have a strong understanding of the concepts and trends
Have strong drive to achieve marketing and revenue targets, while adhering to business policies and compliance
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A team player and collaborator.
Strong command of native language and English
Strong knowledge and understanding of cultural context in the countries supported.
