Job Scopes:

• Provide technical support to the company's internal staff
• Maintain and troubleshoot the company's IT infrastructure
• Monitor and maintain system performance and security
• Document and maintain database
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/IT or related field
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux OS and virtualization technologies
• Knowledge of network protocols and routing
