Are you looking for hands-on experience working in marketing team with diverse exposure? Then this position is for you! We are looking for a marketing intern to support our internal marketing activities.
What you will do

• Support marketing team with many operational tasks that do not require in-depth knowledge of our business (emailing list, trade show setup, invitations, payments, shipments, giveaways, etc.)
• Process marketing campaign response with CRM and follow up with account managers as required
• Follow up on basic update requests of collaterals, printings, inventory, translations, etc.
• Support the sales team for local physical events (Malaysia only) and virtual events (webinars, training courses, etc.)
• Support local office’s team building and employees branding activities, such as social posting

Your profile

• Tertiary studies in marketing, business administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills and well-structured
• Graphic design/editing skills are a bonus
• Languages: English with any additional language as an asset (e.g., Korean)
