• repare recurrence (daily/weekly/monthly) backlog and lead time report R
• esolve customer case management cases following internal work instruction and company policy R
• esolve order change error log and Idocs work flows in SAP system E
• nsure on time initiation of all shipments. M
• aintain customer product data such as material determination, substitutes and exclusion list P
• ropose process or system enhancement S
• upport ad-hoc request as assigned by supervisor.
