HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE (Based in HQ Setia Alam, Shah Alam, Selangor
RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Role
- Provide day to day support in all aspects of Human Resource functions and duties
- Assist HR Manager in the company recruitment process
- Source for potential candidates and screen applications to shortlist
- Manage the hiring process and schedule interviews
- Facilitate the onboarding process of the selected candidates
- Prepare HR related documents e.g. Offer Letter, Confirmation Letter, Performance Appraisal Forms, etc.
- Any other tasks as and when required
Admin Role
- Procure and manage office supplies/equipment e.g. stationeries, sundries, maintenance /repair/replacement of equipment/pantry appliances
- Office management i.e. company car maintenance, insurance, road tax, license application & renewal (including business, port license, road tax for company cars, etc...)
- Purchasing (SRM system) and asset management (Asset audit & AMS system)
- Tenancy agreement - office, hostel, warehouse, etc.
- Reception of guests - China or Hong Kong office staff & bosses, etc...
- Event organiser, including birthday celebration, staff gathering arrangement, team building, annual dinner, Christmas gift exchange, etc... (shall work with committee)
- Perform other related duties as required
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management /Psychology or equivalent
- At least 2 to 4 years working experience in Human Resource
- Working experience from a logistics Industry will be an advantage
- Experience and strong understanding of recruitment processes
- Good understanding of HR policies and processes.
- Good interpersonal skill, self-discipline and able to work under minimum supervision
- Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and proficiency in Mandarin (written & verbal)
- 5 day-work week
Salary RM3.000 – RM5,000, to commensurate with experience. Position reports to the Head of HR /Asst. HR Manager
