  • To perform daily routine counter service operation duties.
  • Attend to customers'/agents' queries when stationed at Reception Desk Services.
  • Accept Purchase Orders and key-in customer's details into system.
  • Accept payment collections in different modes of payment (i.e., by cash, cheque and credit card).
  • Prepare Official Receipts for daily sales collections.
  • Process sales confirmation & distribution of documents to respective departments.
  • Handle lot enquiries, lot reservations, change lot, cancellation cases, transfer of ownership/entitlement, update customer address & contact, etc.
  • Update system for changes in purchase/purchaser's information.
  • Process holds lots required by Business Development Dept. or Management.
  • Verify the correctness of information keyed into computer against information written in Purchase Orders.
  • Verify the customer's detail in system for changes in purchase/purchaser's information.
  • Compile all documents for distribution to respective departments.
  • Follow up with Finance & Corporate Affairs Dept. on booking refunds.
  • Compile all POs and send to Registry Dept. for filing.
  • Liaise with Registry Dept. on issuance of Certificates of Purchase & product utilization/ deceased cases.
  • Arrange for transfers of items to Site Offices & check documents received from Site Offices.
  • Liaise with Sites & Offices, Semenyih, Klang, Shah Alam & N2 pertaining to counter service job tasks & data entry error corrections.
  • Keep track of sales materials, forms & controlled of stock, e.g., Purchase Orders.

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin (Prefer Mandarin speaking candidate as the role requires candidate to speak with our Mandarin speaking customer), English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Good English communication and written skill.
  • Candidates must be able to work at Klang.
