• Leading others in negotiation activities; organizing and developing proposals and management presentations.
• Determining buyer criteria and other pertinent information; supervising and instructing on due diligence.
• Conducting regular reviews on investment project components to ensure each phase is accomplished according to schedule.
• Overseeing and providing a quality review of valuation analysis, document preparation, and other financial analyses and documents.
