Key Accountabilities:

  • Building the long-term / medium-term and short-term Digital strategy for AMEA Finance
  • Charting out an in-year calendar and 3 years Digital Finance roadmap aligned with the AMEA FLT
  • Identifying, evaluating and recommending various Data & Analytics opportunities (internal as well as external) to achieve this strategy
  • Be the project lead / manager for all the projects identified and ensuring that they are delivered as per expectations, within the timelines and costs specified
  • Constant engagement and assessment of various Finance processes to bring in efficiencies / control / savings / productivity / simplification
  • Act as a trainer for the Finance team on various new and upcoming technologies and how to adapt them. Be the Digital go-to person for Finance
  • Establish connect with various MDS teams to pick up best practices as well as leverage on them

Job Specific Requirements

  • With 5 to 7 years of experience in the finance and technology function in MNC with exposure towards analysis, forecasting and reporting
  • Must have finance understanding together with strong IT / technology experience
  • Sound understanding of the consumer goods industry and the inter-play within various functions
  • Strong end-to-end business understanding of how each process impacts and interacts with the ERP

Technical Requirements:

  • Proficient Excel and PowerPoint Skills
  • Applied experience of Business Intelligence software (Power BI and Tableau), including experience in reviewing/improving UX/designs.
  • Working knowledge with high level of comfort of SAP, HFM and its various modules – Order to Cash, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Purchase to Pay, Reporting, Production, etc.

Education / Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, Business and/or related courses
