RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide clerical and administrative support to Admin & Human Resources executives. • Office and equipment maintenance and supplies. • Responsible for chauffeuring staff. • Assist Admin and HR activities (meetings, training, surveys, etc). • Assist projects administration and program implementation. • Assist and maintain a filing system. • And all other duties when assigned from time to time by the superior/management. REQUIREMENTS • Malaysian nationality with excellent proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia. Minimum SPM SPM/”O” Level. • 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience in any fields. • Must hold a valid driving license with minimum class B2 and D. • Good driving record with no major traffic violations. • Owned motorcycle. • Multi-tasking • Computer literate. • Resilient and can work under pressure. • Pleasant personality and ability to interact with people of all levels.
