Job Role:

This role will deliver high-value experiences through simplified, successful interactions using all contact channels (telephone, portal, email, chat). The individual performing this role is expected to be knowledgeable across the entire portfolio of Hardware, Software, and Services and will be responsible for making the complex easy and ensuring each interaction.

Job Requirement
  • Ability to read, write, speak & listen to the Japanese Language. Candidates will be liaising with Japanese-speaking customers.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Preferably Entry Level specialized in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
  • Works under supervision. Uses minor discretion.
  • Able to follow instructions and procedures.
  • Experience in IT Desktop Service environment added advantage.
  • Uses information systems, technology functions and applications in line with IT industry standards as appropriate to the role.
  • Demonstrates an organised approach to work.
  • Demonstrates customer service abilities.
  • Routine administrative skills
  • Good interpersonal skills, basic literacy, and numeracy skills
  • Demonstrates awareness of health and safety at work

Job Responsibilities:
  • Engage customers, understand their needs, translate these needs to work required, and set proper expectations about delivery time.
  • Identify issues, carry out (RCA) Root Cause Analysis, troubleshoot and translate Customer needs and requests into client work required (service identification)
  • Perform a range of technical work activities remotely to meet business and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate small teams delivering basic work packages in line with company processes to meet business and customer requirements.
  • Document and report on work completed to ensure compliance with Company and Customer Procedures.
  • Escalate issues in line with company processes to ensure customer demands are met.
  • Evaluate escalations and act appropriately to ensure customer demands are met.
  • Provide customer service to internal and external customers to ensure a consistent experience.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic team environments to maintain consistent effective contributions.
