Description
Primary Objective:

• To assist business units in the preparation of Business Case, Post Implementation Review (“PIR”) and financial projections for the Programme Value reporting (“PV Reporting”)
• Work closely with Group Strategy to provide end to end support to business units from execution of business case to PV reporting process.

To achieve a strategic relationship with SBGs & SFGs and to meet their needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

General

• Provide support as business partners to SBGs and SFGs
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by Section Head or Head of Department at all times

Programme Value Reporting

• Track the performance vs targets for all the approved initiatives under Group’s long term plan i.e. PV reporting
• Manage/coordinate the submission and consolidation of financial and non-financial benefits from all the initiatives as well as to challenge the submissions and provide suggestions to the initiative owners with the objective of improving the accuracy and quality of the submissions;
• Assist in the planning and automating of the current PV reporting processes

Business Case review and Post Implementation Review for Capital Expenditure (‘CAPEX’)

• Assist business units in the preparation of Business Case, PIR and financial projections for the PV reporting (including guiding SBGs and SFGs in the financial aspects relating to Business Case and PIR)
• Review business case and PIR submissions per guidelines

Requirements Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - Min. Degree holder in accounting.

• Any accounting professional certification (e.g. MICPA, ACCA, CPA, ICAEW)

3 years with minimum 1 year experience in project management/financial planning

• Able to articulate issues and provide analytical review on the reports produced
• Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently
