The Scrum Master / Project Management works with the Solution Architect (Technical) and Business Analyst (Business) to manage a team of Data Engineering, Application Developement, Infrastructure and Security team to deliver large project spanning more than a year using agile methodology.

Project includes multiple business units across the customer enterprises and the candidate must be apt at managing the full spectrum of users to senior executives. Candidates with oil and gas capital project backgrounds with strong product development, deployment and support is a plus.

Must have :

• Adept in Agile principles of project management.
• Have a product development mindset.
• Able to run multiple scrum teams, at least 4 teams.
• Developing project plans, goals, and budgets; identifying project resources and forming a project team
• Managing project execution to ensure that it is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards
• Conducting project meetings and communicating progress to all stakeholders
• Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Developing full-scale project plans and associated communications documents, such as status reports and risk management plans
• Developing and managing budgets and financial plans for projects
• Managing project risks, issues, and changes, escalating when necessary
• Ensuring that project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and at the required level of quality
• Ensuring that project documentation is complete, current, and appropriately stored
• Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
• Open to travel when required.

Good to have:

• Able to manage team size in excess of 15.
• Able to run implementation projects with timelines in excess of 1 year. Evaluating third-party products and services for compatibility with existing systems and recommending appropriate solutions in co-ordination with technical experts within the team
• Understand capital project management and execution in the oil and gas industries
• SAP Project Management module exposure
• Oracle Primera P6 exposure
• Valid PMI certification
