Overview:

The Director HR Transactional Services (DHRTS) will be responsible for delivering HR transactional and administrative services across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Data Management, and Employee Administration to the regional customers of Herbalife Nutrition. The DHRTS will serve as a key operational manager of the regional HR transactional services within the Global Business Services (GBS) organization and will be responsible for all HR transactional and administrative service delivery to all employees and other customers (including Suppliers, Senior Management, Regulatory Bodies, etc.) with the overall goal of helping Herbalife Nutrition provide five-star customer service to Herbalife’s Distributors and Preferred Members, while providing leadership, operational expertise, and motivation across an HR GBS regional team that is focused on operational efficiency, scalability, quality, controls, risk mitigation and continuous process improvement.


In addition, the DHRTS will be directly responsible for recruitment, development, and leadership of their GBS HR transactional delivery teams. These teams will be responsible for the output, quality and efficiency of all HR transactional services provided by the GBS center to key internal and external customers (including Suppliers, Employees, Senior Management, Regulatory Bodies, etc.). The DHRTS will drive these efforts by establishing collaborative partnerships with internal Herbalife Customers, HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and the Centers of Excellence (COEs) to evolve the current delivery model and build for future global expansion. The DHRTS will provide support and expertise to the Service Management Team to enable a comprehensive Service Management Framework (SMF), which includes among other components the development, implementation, and maintenance of Service Partnership Agreements (SPAs) with internal customers & partners. The DHRTS will also participate in the development, deployment, and operational reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics across all HR transactional services. These metrics and KPIs will assist in the identification of underlying trends that enable continuous process improvement efforts. As part of ongoing reviews and monitoring of controls, the DHRTS will need to ensure that all systems, processes, and controls are operating properly to support optimization, effectiveness, efficiency, and security of HR transactional services for Herbalife.

Technical:

  • B.A. in Business Administration required with a focus on Human Resource Management or post-secondary degree in social sciences, human resource management, labor relations, employment law or related fields (MBA a plus)
  • SHRM, certification in change management or LEAN
  • Minimum ten or more years related experience in HR Service Delivery or business transformation projects – strategy and/or deployment.
  • Experience in managing global HR transactional business services or shared services, process improvement and management of operational services delivery in HR, including business services technology, processes, metrics, and best practices
  • Thorough understanding of Digital Workforce Transformation, HCM & Talent Management domains and trends in the marketplace
  • Functional knowledge of HR including employment, federal, state, and local laws
  • Strong knowledge of internal controls, segregation of duties and compliance best practices
  • Operational understanding of Herbalife HR Systems, architectures, and other enabling technologies
  • Previous experience managing or implementing HCM Talent Management processes and/or systems, including content management systems/processes and UX/UI Design
