• Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements.
• Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics.
• Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met.
• Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.
• Manages project work efforts and develops solutions at a client or within Accenture.
• Supports business development and solution planning activities.
• Communicates with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture
• ITSM Process Design Mapping and Analysis

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years of consulting or professional services experience.
• Proven experience delivering IT Service Management consulting, systems integration and transformation projects.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
