Responsibilities:

• To safe operate, clean, inspect, lubricate & tighten the packaging machines in one area, and maintain at time, good operating condition & cleanliness standard of all machines & work area.
• Practice total productive management (TPM), raise appropriate tags to attack losses and participate autonomous maintenance team.
• Executes basic preventive maintenance tasks according to standards and is actively involved in improvement activities. Captures and interprets performance data and executes corrective actions
• Makes all the quality checks in line with the standards and procedures on packaging machines.
• Records and analyze packaging line performance information & analysis results in the media required.
• Adhere to health, safety & environmental regulations & company policies.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics
• Experience in troubleshooting and provide solution accordingly.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skill.
• Great team player.
• Proficient in spoken & written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Computer literate.
• Fully vaccinated.
