Job Description 1) Assist, execute and facilitate all the activities banking operations to ensure effectiveness banking counters in line with policies and guidelines, in order to achieve business target and improve customer satisfaction. 2) Coordinate and execute to achieve business target to ensure profitability and sustainability at branch level. • To achieve fee based income and deposit growth at branch level i.e. marketing to walk in customer or existing customers. • To support and coordinate with other agencies for marketing bank’s product i.e. fee based, deposit • To retain existing customers to the bank • Support sales promotion activities including promotional campaigns, marketing events, etch • Cross-sells bank products by answering inquiries; informing customers of new services and product promotions; ascertaining customers' needs; directing customers to a branch representative 3)Coordinating and assist customer satisfactions at branch level • To communicate personally with customers to ensure customer satisfaction. • Provide efficient customer service. • Execute all activities banking counters. • Assist customer complaints and enquiries at banking area. 4) Coordinate and execute the daily branch operations to ensure day-to-day operations not interrupted. • To ensure SOD done before banking operations hour. • Ensures the branch and vaults are opened and closed on a timely basis. • Daily cash counting if require i.e. SOD, receive cash from CIT, surrender cash to Supervisor, replenishment ATM/CDM, receive cash from/transfer to vault, EOD. • Surrender Teller cash box during SOD and EOD • CIF creations at branch level if require • One of the assign staff for combination/key holder • To execute back counter transaction i.e. financing • To ensure and execute daily balancing • Identify customer and implement Know Your Customer (KYC) for any transactions at banking counter • To ensure EOD balance every day • To execute replenishment ATM/CDM comply with the Manual Pengurusan Terminal ATM/CDM (MO 256) and if require 5) Execute and facilitate compliance, governance and any related regulatory requirement. • To ensure operational excellence and integrity of the branch. • To complies with bank operations guideline and policies. 6) Execute and oversee any ad hoc projects assign by the management. Coordinate any ad hoc projects within time line.
