• Create high-quality and engaging content toinform and engage the target audience and achieve the company's marketing objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct research and write on a variety of topics to understand the company's products and services, industry trends, and target audience to create effective marketing content

• Write proposals, presentations, and other business development documents that are clear, concise, and compelling.
• Ensure all content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and adheres to the company's brand guidelines and style.
• Revise, proofread, and edit content to ensure high-quality and error-free work.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
• Write high-quality and engaging content such as blogs, white papers, case studies, and eBooks that support the company's business development efforts.
• Collaborate with the social media team to develop content strategies and campaigns that align with the company's business objectives.
• Write content that supports the company's lead generation and conversion goals, such as landing pages, email marketing campaigns, and social media posts.
• Monitor and analyze content performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Provide guidance and support to other writers and content creators in the team

Key Performance Indicators

• Provide monthly reports on the status as follows:
• Social media engagement: the reach and engagement of content on social media platforms such as likes, shares, comments, and followers.
• Search engine rankings: the visibility of the company's website and content on search engines such as Google.
• Content production: the volume and quality of content produced
• Traffic: number of visitors to the company's website/pages who engage with the content created by the writer.
• Engagement: Metrics such as time spent on the site, bounce rates, and click-through rates to measure the level of engagement of readers with the content.
• Conversions: tracking the number of readers who take the desired action, such as filling out a form, subscribing to our newsletter etc.
• Audience growth: growth of the company's audience over time and contribution to that growth.
• Feedback and reviews: feedback and reviews from readers, clients, and stakeholders on the quality, relevance, and effectiveness of the content produced by the writer

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 4 years of work experience.
