Description

This position will handle travel requests made by clients

Duties

• Greeting customers face to face and over the phone
• Dealing with enquires via telephone or email
• Attending to a wide variety of worldwide itineraries.
• Air reservation, ticketing, reissues and refund requests.
• Selling additional products and services
• Hotel Reservations
• Advising clients on international visas needed/ cancellation/change fees.

Knowledge and Skills

• Passion for Travel
• Strong GDS skills (Sabre and Amadeus)
• Reissues refund processing and complex bookings.
• Premier sales acumen and ability to pursue sales through innovative marketing
• Good computer and Internet skills.
• Strong relational and communication skills.
• Strong oral, writing, negotiation and networking skills
• Good interpersonal skills and telephone manner.
• Be able to gain customer trust and close bookings immediately.
• Being detailed orientated

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦40,000.00 - ₦65,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lekki: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Using either Sabre or Amadeus GDS.: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Aviation school certificate? (Preferred)
