Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Work with team members on the call floor to meet sales and performance goals.
• Maintain detailed records of outgoing and ingoing calls as well as follow-up information and outcomes.
• Meet or exceed projected weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Intercept and respond to customer complaints or concerns with products and seek to resolve the problem

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of OND in Mass Communication or relevant fields is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience as a Telemarketer or related field is compulsory.
• Eloquent with the English language.
• Have excellent people skills and intuitive to client’s needs.
• Be fully bilingual (with a third African language being beneficial).
• Not buckling under pressure and being very target driven.
• Being calm when dealing with customer complaints and issues.
• Strong social and emotional Intelligence.
• Product knowledge.
• Telephone communication skills.
• Enthusiasm.
• Active listening.
• Customer service skills.
