At Insight7, we're pioneering the customer intelligence platform for product teams, and we're seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join us in the role of Chief of Staff. This position is tailored for a junior professional, offering an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and make a meaningful impact in a collaborative startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO providing critical support in decision-making, planning, and execution of key initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and communication, ensuring alignment across various teams, and facilitating seamless workflows.
• Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to provide valuable insights for strategic planning.
• Oversee special projects and initiatives, ensuring they align with the company's overall objectives and are executed with excellence.
• Assist in the development and execution of internal processes and policies to optimize organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and communications on behalf of the Head of Product, ensuring clarity and impact.
• Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, as well as external partners, fostering strong relationships and effective communication channels.
• Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress on strategic goals and initiatives.

Desired Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide valuable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring that all aspects of projects are executed with precision.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦150,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month
