JOB TITLE: HMO Call Centre Executive

Company- A National Health Maintenance Organization

Location- Ajah, Lagos.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Responsible for receiving phone calls from enrollees and healthcare providers.

· Providing response to enquiries about the HMO’s services.

· Answering queries and escalating same to the appropriate teams.

· Providing enrollee and healthcare provider support.

· Giving treatment authorization codes to healthcare providers.

CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS:

· At least 1 year of relevant working experience.

· HND or BSc in a health-related course.

KEY SKILLS:

· Great communication and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent spoken and written English.

· Customer-centric mindset.

· Strong demonstrable problem-solving skills.

· Fast and open learner.

· Professional attitude to work.

· Time management.

· Ability to work very well under pressure and with minimal supervision.

· Good use of MS Office suite.
