Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including construction companies, developers, and other stakeholders.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.

- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure successful implementation and delivery of services.

- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.

- Provide regular updates and reports to clients, demonstrating the value and impact of Urbex Africa's services.

- Stay updated on industry trends and developments, sharing insights and knowledge with clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven experience in relationship management, preferably within the construction industry.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Knowledge of construction processes and terminology is highly desirable.
