Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate highway construction and rehabilitation projects from inception to completion.
• Supervise construction activities, monitor progress, and address any technical challenges or issues that may arise during project implementation.
• Collaborate with foremen, surveyors, and other stakeholders to optimize project outcomes and mitigate potential risks.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and relevant regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in civil engineering, with a proven track record of managing complex highway projects.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Registration with relevant professional bodies (e.g., COREN) is highly desirable.
